Having been transported 12 years into the past, Takemichi now finds himself involved with the Toman gang's two leaders, Mikey and Draken. Despite his efforts to avoid trouble, he ends up in a confrontation with the rival Moebius gang, resulting in a Toman member being arrested for assault. This incident further divides Toman, with Mikey and Draken on opposite sides. Takemichi becomes a mediator between them, but not everyone receives his message.
