Despite the fact that her solo series has focused on a fungus (fungi are not plants!), the first arc of Poison Ivy was really strong. It leaned heavily into the environmental terrorist with a contempt for humanity aspect of her character. After that first arc, it was still worth keeping up with, but it took a couple of turns that I didn't love (I'm still waiting for the payoff of Pam making a sidekick out of Janet from HR).
With this issue, events of the first arc are beginning to catch up to Ivy, and we're getting into something creepy happening. Going back to my comment about fungi and plants being different, I can't help but wonder if Pam is going to be caught in the middle of a war between the Green and the Grey!
