With summer here, the amount of kids coming into the shop looking to stay out of trouble always grows. A couple of years ago we started something we're bringing back - it's called "Pay It Forward". Please consider donating a comic to a kid in St. Louis this summer! You can do this by selecting the "Pay It Forward for Kids" option at the register or online.
"Paying It Forward" is our initiative aimed at spreading a little warmth and generosity, making a difference in the lives of those who could use a pick-me-up. Here's how it works: when someone expresses a need or could use a little support, we step in to brighten their day by offering a complimentary comic from our carefully curated spinner rack. We'll write your name on the back of the comic board so customers know who they can thank for the generosity.
It's a simple yet powerful gesture that has the potential to bring joy and light right when it's needed most. Especially for kids in St. Louis who may be facing challenges, like poverty, homelessness, or violence. Thanks to the unwavering support and generosity of customers like you, we have already been able to distribute hundreds of free comics over the years.
