It has come to our attention that the way we have been processing special orders has not been the correct way in the new Manage Comics system we are using.
This has resulted in us placing orders, receiving them but not notifying the customer they were in the store. In part because we also didn't know they were special orders.
So, we will be going through all our special orders -line by line - and notifying you if we have them in the store. If we do we will send you a notification via an ONLINE ORDER. Please pay for your orders as soon as you can so we can - it would help us out tremendously.
IF YOU PLACED A SPECIAL ORDER BETWEEN 12/22/21 AND 2/10/22 AND HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED IT PLEASE CONTACT US, maybe it's in the store.
