This is the 2014 Wizard WorldAtlanta exclusive. So why does it feature the St. Louis Arch? I'm glad you asked...well, the organizers of the St. Louis Comic Con didn't pay the bill for the artwork in time to meet the printing deadline so the book was shipped to Atlanta. Or so I'm told. Spider-Man swinging on something near an arch or something.
